Kundalini Yoga to Harness your Intuition
Mar 04, 2019
There’s no denying we’ve been experiencing a Spiritual Warfare between the Ego and the Soul. Thing is, the Soul will always win! The ego is simply a fragmented part of ourselves that’s yearning for love, to been seen, honored, healed, and comforted with compassion. The ego thrives in the old ways of being. Unfortunately, the outdated system can no longer sustain itself with the new frequencies we’ve been busting our ass to anchor as our reality.
With the expansion of consciousness, we must make space for the new ways of being and the most sustainable way of living stems from the heart and the intuition. You know the soul deep within knows best. We are spiritual beings having a human experience. This place is here to be an exciting adventure. When you can trust yourself, your soul, and Spirit, you know you are always safe, always protected and always seen after.
Living with intuition is about trusting your creative flow. We know that art will save the world and your greatest art is how you build and create your life. It’s about you building your sacred empire by honoring all facets of your human experience with grace, ease, love, and wonder. Of course, it’s a step by step process where we must honor the journey, trust the process. It’s about you understanding both sides of the coin to recognize it’s a coin. It’s about you understanding that everyone is doing their best based on their level of awareness. It’s about you allowing your heart to take the lead by being more compassionate to those to whom you cross paths with. Allow yourself to love yourself, seeing the fact that life is always happening for us, not to us on this mystical journey.
As I’ve shared before, there are so many ways to cultivate a healthy relationship with the Intuition. You can become aware of products and food you consume. You can chant mantra. You can practice and test yourself with tools and exercises. One of my favorite ways to strengthen my pituitary gland is through the practice of Kundalini Yoga.
With the New Moon in Pisces here, this Meditation for the Intuition will help you harness this super power so that you can go out into the world and unleash your medicine.
The 4 stroke Breath to Build Intuition
Tune in with the Adi Mantra 3 Times (Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo).
Interlace your fingers except the Jupiter Fingers (index fingers) point up.
Cross the thumbs.
Eyes are 1/10 open
Bring the fingers just under your nose where you can see the tip of your Jupiter fingers.
Inhale through ‘O’ mouth in 4 strokes.
Exhale once through the nostrils.
Use your diaphragm on the inhale.
These exercises are time bound. Open up your chakras and open up your self-sensory system.
Continute for 16 minutes.
To End
Inhale and stretch your arms out to the sides with the palms facing up. Hold 20 seconds. Exhale and repeat one more time.
Then inhale and open the fingers and make them like steel. Squeeze all your energy and bring it to your arms.
Exhale and relax.
Practice this Meditation and share with me below your experience! Make sure that when you do this mediation, you also tune out by chanting Sat Nam x3 to close the container. Allow your intuition you be your greatest guide through this human experience. It always knows best.
